Kelly - So what are you going to have, Mark?
Mark - I'm not sure. The Hawaiian looks good.
Kelly - What's that?
Mark - That's a pizza with ham and pineapple.
Kelly - Mmm. That sounds teasty. Well, I'm going to have the pasta and tuna salad.
Waiter- Hi. are you ready to order?
Kelly - Erm, yes. Can we have a Hawaiian and a pasta and tuna salad, please?
Waiter- One Hawaiian and one pasta and tuna salad. Thanks very much.
